Model wearing size SMALL is 5'3, Bust 36 C, waist 31” 
No stretch but fits true to size- model typically has to wear medium in blazers due to her arms but she comfortably was able to size down - Kea sized down but wouldn't suggest you do so if you are interested in fully closing the jacket with no pulling-- Kea doesn't really close her blazers so she was okay with sizing down
